Training Philosophy

ASSL believes in preparing specialists for the task instead of creating ‘Jacks of all Trades’. The training of security staff is core to our business and we strongly believe that, an un-trained security staff is more of a threat than a protection to clients’ personnel and assets. 

Our training modules are designed in a manner that, all essential subjects are taught to respective training staff in two basic categories, i.e. pre-deployment training and on-job cyclic training.

Levels of Training

As per ASSL’s asset retention philosophy, we make earnest endeavors for our employees’ long-term retention in the company, unless an employee has pressing personal demands to part ways. The managerial staff are groomed as per the requirement of security and business practices; however, security staff are trained as per the security design of client’s assets. Phase wise training is imparted to different levels which are as follows: – 

  • Security Staff induction and basic training, as required by industry regulation.
  • On-Job / Project Site Training cyclic trainings imparted, as prescribed for a particular site.
  • Regular training and additional development imparted, to broaden knowledge and prepare for promotion at various levels in the organization.
  • Personal career development opportunities for managerial and supervisory staff including specialist skills training etc.

Security Consultancy & Training at Site

Apart from the provision of “On-Job Cyclic Trainings” being imparted to security staff (Project Managers, security officers, supervisors, guards, CPOs, Escort teams, CPO teams, LSOs & BSOs), ASSL can conduct at-site training / short-duration courses, which includes:-

Environment Health Safety and Security (EHSS) Related Risk Matrix and Its' Effects on the Company

ASSL has developed EHSS related Risk Matrix as well. The threats under this matrix have direct bearing on the performance of security staff / force and the Company. The matrix has been developed keeping in view the industry history in Pakistan.
