Policy Cardinals. The main elements of ASSL Policy are enumerated below: –
Effective Security Operations Management System. ASSL shall establish and implement, a “Security Operations Management System” (SOMS), to manage the conduct of its Security Operations. It shall set forth objectives and demonstrate its commitment for an effective SOMS Assessment, Avoidance and Minimization in the Impact of Risks. ASSL will strive to assess, avoid and reduce the impact of potential risks and/or undesirable incidents.
Obedience to State Laws. ASSL functions in line with the applicable laws of the state.
Organizational Reputation. A company’s reputation is considered a non-compromising asset, built on consistent hard work, professionalism, perseverance, honesty, and moral ethics of its employees, which must not be put to any form of reputational or legal risks. The employees must understand their moral and professional obligations for protecting/enhancing the reputation of the organization, as well as achieving their desired annual objectives.
Respect for Human Rights. ASSL will conduct its professional obligations with respect to human rights for our valued national and multi-national clients, in line with the following:-

About our Company
Private Security Companies play an integral part in a country predominantly for the purpose of generating employment for retired individuals from various armed forces and all those associated, while in accordance with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA), which is why ASSL was founded in the year 2014.
The primary aim of the Company is to; provide the best of the best services to all valued clients; national or internationally associated.
ASSL is still under the process of refinement, however, we stand by our mandates and corporate promises, to provide the highest possible services in our reach.
While head office is located at Lahore and regional offices in localities spread across Punjab Province, ASSL, with the approval of the Government, plans to expand across Pan-Pakistan.
ASSL is branded as an insured Private Security Company in Pakistan as well as being a licensed one.
Our company offers an array of security services, which include; the protective services of security guards, escort security guards as well as security to compounds / complexes / sites, residences and events, to name a few.
In addition to the previous point; our company also provide high-grade security in the form of retired guards from the “Special Services Group” (SSG) and can provide technical security from the Special Services Security Wing, which is a specialized ensemble composed of trained to assist in high-ranking projects such as in “China Pakistan Economic Corridor” (CPEC).
ASSL dynamic key-point lies in its flexible ability to re-organize and re-structure in light of the requirements of our valued clients.
ASSL is comprised of various segments, combined together to promote synergized corporate solutions through horizontal collaborations.
In addition, a portion of our revenue will be dedicated to the welfare of Shuhada / disabled security staff families.

As a retired Brigadier from a prestigious institution with various accolades including “Sitara-e-Imtiaz”, my experiences in the military have proven to be fruitful in the civil sector. Dealing with tumultuous situations in war-torn areas as well as neutral grounds, has enabled me to apply fool-proof security blueprints and tactics successfully. Back when I was serving in the Army, my duty was to secure borders, repeal dangers, protect the solidarity and territorial integrity of our beloved country.
